Programme Managers
Our Programme Managers have a wealth of both business and IT management experience that focusses on the overall management of the interrelated projects that make up the programme of work. This important role provides an overarching layer of governance over specific projects and ensures that the governance, asset management, financial management, and infrastructure challenges are managed efficiently.
Project Managers
Our Project Managers are tried and proven in leading the day-to-day work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria based on specified timelines in SAP Projects (big and small). The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all the project goals within the given constraints such as scope, time, quality, and budget. The secondary challenge is to optimise the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet pre-defined project objectives, which complies with the client’s objective.
Programme Office (PO)
At DASC we have the skill set and ability to run a project Programme Office (PO) on behalf of our clients. This centrally monitors the progress of benefit realisation against the plan, gathers and reviews data, produces performance reports as defined by the programme manager, and maintains benefits information under change controls and audit trails of change.
The PO provides or locates resources that can assist with the design of the programme blueprint, facilitates impact assessments of change on the blueprint, and maintains configuration control of the blueprint. The Programme Office is also a centre of excellence and assists with the correct implementation of the programme’s principles, governance themes, and transformational flow.
The programme office may serve a single programme, or several programmes, depending on the size or capabilities of an organisation, and the customer’s requirements. DASC can setup and provide the methodology and toolsets for the PMO, and either let the customer take over, or DASC can complete the full project lifecycle.
